EV Showcase Registrant Agreement
- Registration: To participate in the EV Showcase, registrants must register online at www.hcremc.com, providing accurate information about their electric vehicle (EV) and contact details.
- Acceptance: Henry County REMC reserves the right to accept or reject any registration based on available space, showcase criteria, and other factors at its sole discretion.
- Display Requirements: Accepted registrants agree to have their EV on display at the designated EV Showcase area during the event hours from 10 am to 2 pm on April 20th, 2024.
- Vehicle Condition: Registrants are responsible for ensuring that their EV is in clean, presentable condition and adheres to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Liability: Henry County REMC shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury to the registrant’s EV, personal property, or individuals participating in the EV Showcase.
- Indemnification: Registrants agree to indemnify and hold Henry County REMC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims related to their participation.
- Event Rules: Registrants must comply with all event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Henry County REMC and its representatives.
- Publicity: By participating, registrants grant Henry County REMC the right to use name, likeness, and vehicle images for event promotion.
- Inclement Weather: In case of severe inclement weather on April 20th, Henry County REMC reserves the right to reschedule the event to another date. Registrants will be notified of any changes.
- Cancellation: Henry County REMC reserves the right to cancel or modify the EV Showcase or event due to circumstances beyond its control, without liability.
