HCREMC Announces New CEO
True has served the members of Henry County REMC for the past 15 years, most recently as Manager of Customer Service and Billing. She and her husband of 28 years, are life-long residents of Henry County. True has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan and is currently pursuing a master’s from Purdue Global. True is board treasurer of the New Castle-Henry County Chamber of Commerce and is also a member of the New Castle Noon Optimist Club. Additionally, she is President of the Customer Service Section with Indiana Electric Cooperatives out of Indianapolis.
“Henry County REMC has an incredible history of supporting the community, powering on through challenges, and offering safe, reliable, cost-competitive service to our member-consumers,” said True. “Our focus has not wavered over the 85 years of existence; we are here to serve our membership. I am very excited to have the opportunity to lead the amazing employees of this cooperative.”
We congratulate True on her recent promotion. Her insight into the community, experience with Henry County REMC, and education is a tremendous asset for the member-consumers of the electric cooperative. Her duties as CEO will begin Monday, August 2.
