HCREMC will host its 4th Annual Electric Co-op Community Day event, Friday, Oct. 13, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the HCREMC headquarters (3400 S. State Rd. 3, New Castle, IN). This is our annual family-fun day geared towards bettering the community and celebrating fall break in the Henry County area. Click here to view pictures from the 2016 event. WHAT TO EXPECT:
Attendees will received FREE lunch, enjoy entrainment by Silly Safari, take bucket truck rides, visit the video gaming trailer, bounce houses, take a pony ride, see a PHI helicopter and more! There is something for everyone.
For the 2017 year, we dedicate this special event to support Wounded Veterans Foundation, a charitable organization who works diligently to aid wounded veterans in the areas of housing, service dogs and through the H.E.L.P Program. We are looking to help bring independence back to our local wounded veterans. During the event, HCREMC will also promote community wellness, recycling and businesses within our community.
The Indiana Blood Center will be onsite accepting blood donations. This blood drive is dedicated to Maxwell Murphy, a little boy in our community that was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder called Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency. Please roll back your sleeve and join us in donating.
Each year, many businesses come to the event to exhibit their products and services. We were truly excited to invite them back for another successful event. Booth spaces are $40 and can be reserved by calling Lara Sullivan at 800.248.8413 or visiting Eventbrite.com.
Updates will be advertised in your monthly Electric Consumer
